also, what the hell is going on with clay buchholz?! did i get my hopes up too much with his no hitter?

poor kid ... i hope he pulls out of this rut sometime soon. he's got a ton of talent. i was talking to seth and he told me young pitchers tend to come in strong, but run into bumps and have bad years. i just wish clay hadn't hit his bumps so soon.

in fact, i hope the sox in general pull out of this rut. we had a good run this weekend but the rays are still ahead ...

one more baseball bit: now, i have a secret. i'm somewhat attracted to joba chamberlain. he's a yankee; i feel like i'm committing a severe act of adultery. trust me, the sox always, always come first, but he'd be a nice replacement, i suppose, should they all happen to be taken ...
apparently now he's dating alyssa milano. grr. he's younger than me, for chrissakes. she's 35! what the hell?!
